7. Product returns, cancellation, order cancellation
I. You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date you placed the order. In this case, you only bear the costs of sending the package in any way you wish, either by post or by courier. 9. Governing Law
All transactions you carry out through www.antonakaki-optics.gr are governed by International and European law that regulates issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, PD131/2003) as well as by the Law on the Protection of of consumers (L. 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance sales.

Product offers are valid for online and telephone orders only.
11. Glasses warranty
This warranty covers defects in the materials or workmanship of your glasses for the above period of time from the date of original purchase. That is, it covers parts of the frame, arms, frame lenses. Any defects of the above materials during the time the guarantee lasts, will repaired or replaced free of charge. Glasses in need of repair must be accompanied by its warranty, which must bear the seal of the seller, the code and the date of purchase of the watch.
IT DOES NOT COVER damage or knocks caused by the fault of the customer-buyer to the external parts of the glass (glasses-lenses, arms, frame).
IT DOES NOT COVER damages caused by incorrect use of the product or incorrect application of the instructions for use mentioned in the accompanying manual of the manufacturing company, by lack of attention, accident or ordinary wear and tear, intervention by an unauthorized person, as well as damage caused by the use of chemicals (alcohol, acetone, azax, solvents, etc.).
ATTENTION: To avoid wear of the coatings on the lenses of your glasses, we must NOT expose the glasses to high temperatures (fireplace, oven opening, pot with steam, sauna). When the glasses are dusty, first rinse them with warm water and then wipe them with a soft and clean tissue.
